Now click on Download selected file(s) using FTM, to initiate the download in the Microsoft File Transfer Manager.
Select either Microsoft Security Essentials Beta for 32-bit or Microsoft Security Essentials Beta for 64-bit.
A click on the Download Microsoft Security Essentials Beta link will open the download options.

Log into Windows Live, or create an account if you have none at hand
Open the Microsoft Connect website, this will prompt a Windows live login form.
